What will the bond cost me?

Pick your district and type what your home is worth.

How this works

Every number comes from the district: its voter information document, which Texas law requires for a bond election, or its bond page. We read them on October 20, 2026 and keep a copy of each.

When a district gives its debt tax rate now and after the bonds, the yearly change is that difference times your home's value after the state homestead exemption, divided by 100. Your appraisal district's value and any other exemptions will move the real number.

Some ballots also carry a separate tax rate election for school operations. That is not a bond and is not counted here.
